The project offers 870 limited low-rise products across three precincts: Ngoc Trai — a gated residential village of 430 townhouses and villas with two private beaches totalling about 2.14 ha; Lam Ngoc — a commercial spine of 4-storey tourism-service shophouses along Korean-style and Little Tokyo / Little Shanghai streets; and Ruby — 103 trade-service shops pre-zoned into four themed retail zones.
