Alora Nha Trang

Alora Nha Trang is tower CT1 — beachfront apartments combined with a nightlife entertainment complex — developed by KDI Group inside the Libera Nha Trang international resort city at Bai Tien, Bac Nha Trang ward (former Vinh Hoa ward, Nha Trang city), Khanh Hoa. Per the project training file, Alora is positioned as the “Nightlife Landmark in Asia's New Destination”, the missing entertainment piece that lets Libera Nha Trang operate 24/7. Within Libera's product hierarchy, Alora sits in the Flexhome Premium tier (with hotel branded management), alongside Paramount Signature.

According to press reports (September 2026), prices start from VND 1.8 billion per unit, with 10% payable until handover (indicative). According to sales-training materials (before VAT), fully furnished studios start from VND 2.19 billion. For local context, the project file cites beachfront apartments on Tran Phu street asking up to VND 7.2 billion (The Costa Tran Phu, 52.9 m², about VND 136 million/m²) and VND 4.4–4.5 billion (AB Central Square / AB Square, 44.2 m², about VND 100 million/m²). Note that both VND 1.8 billion and VND 2.19 billion are STARTING prices — the price of any given unit depends on floor, orientation and type. A total of 1,268 units: 896 studios (25 – 35.29 m² net, 70.7% of the mix), 224 one-bedrooms (38.27 – 50.82 m², 17.7%), 95 two-bedrooms (61.13 – 65.88 m², 7.5%), 29 three-bedrooms (90.05 – 90.97 m², 2.3%), 4 penthouses (118.69 – 122.68 m²) and 20 commercial/shophouse units (83.35 – 373.99 m²). A typical floor has 43 units (VA01–VA43). On views: 877 units (69.2%) have direct or >45° sea views, 304 (24%) combine sea and mountain views, and 87 (6.9%) face the mountain.

Two different operators for two blocks. (1) The 150 serviced apartments on floors 4–7 and the rooftop Sky Bar are operated by lyf — the lifestyle/co-living brand of The Ascott Limited, part of CapitaLand, which currently runs more than 40 properties across 25 countries in Asia Pacific. (2) The nightlife entertainment complex is operated by Sunset Hospitality Group, headquartered in Dubai; per the project file it has 112 venues across more than 40 brands in 26 countries. Note that many items in the file are marked “implementation direction”, meaning they are intentions rather than contractual commitments.

Per the training file: a 1,000 m² indoor gaming and bowling complex with F&B; an entertainment programme of live bands, LED glow, neon painting and DJs; an outdoor gaming zone; an interactive LED floor; a promenade of light; a beer terrace pool party with live DJs; and a golf practice range. Resident amenities include private cabanas on the upper floors, the Vườn Nắng sun garden, Sky Retreat, plus the lyf cluster: BOND (social kitchen), BURN (gym), CONNECT (co-working) and WASH & HANG (laundry). All imagery is technical renders, not photographs of a completed building.

The project was officially announced on 24 Aug 2026, tower CT1 broke ground in late August 2026, and the show unit opened on 31 Aug 2026. The official sales launch date has not yet been announced by the developer. The project is currently taking priority bookings for unit selection. This is a NEWLY STARTED build, not a near-handover product. If you need rental cash flow now, consider the zones already operating within the same urban area.
