Anh Nguyen Ocean Front Horizon is the hotel-apartment component of the Anh Nguyen - Ocean Front Villas beach villa and tourism-services complex, fronting Tran Phu street in Nha Trang Ward (formerly Vinh Nguyen Ward), Khanh Hoa province.

The scheme consists of a single tower of 10 storeys above ground plus one basement level on a 4,825.7 sqm site. Published unit counts differ by source: the developer's website anhnguyenhorizon.vn states 436 hotel apartments together with 7 villas, while MSH Group's minisite and a CafeF article dated 15 May 2026 give 415 units.

The core mix is studios of 38-47 sqm, one-bedroom units of 41-49 sqm and two-bedroom units of 62-72 sqm, handed over with the interior fully fitted out.

According to CafeF, this is the first new supply to appear on the Tran Phu beachfront in roughly eight years.

The point emphasised most about this project is its legal status: according to the developer's announcements and press coverage, the apartments carry a long-term pink book (so hong) - unlike most beachfront real estate in Nha Trang, which is tied to commercial-services land with a 50-year term.

The tower is complete and has been handed over and the developer is selling from available stock, so buyers can inspect a real, finished home rather than buying off plan, and can take possession as soon as the paperwork is done.

No official price per square metre has been published to date - prices are quoted unit by unit depending on floor level and outlook.

The sales policy currently in force comprises a 1% early booking discount, an 8.5% discount on the standard progress payment schedule, 10.5% for paying 50% early, 12.5% for paying 95% early, plus 0% interest support for 18 months.

About the developer. Anh Nguyen Co., Ltd was established in 1998, operates principally in real estate, and is the developer of the Anh Nguyen Ocean Front Villas resort on Canh Long mountain in Nha Trang.

Since December 2025, My Second Home Group JSC (MSH Group) has officially acted as the project's development and distribution partner under a strategic cooperation agreement signed on 28 November 2025.

On 14 May 2026, MSH Group and the developer held a sales launch ceremony with more than 1,000 sales consultants from 23 distribution agencies, marking the project's formal arrival on the market.

Who is it for? The project targets two groups of buyers. First, investors looking for a beachfront product with long-term title as announced by the developer, a moderate total outlay (most units are under 50 sqm) and short-stay rental potential thanks to a location right beside the Cau Da - Vinpearl tourism cluster.

Second, second-home buyers who want a resort apartment they can use straight away, since the building is complete and handed over.

Conversely, buyers who need a large three-bedroom apartment for a family to live in long term, or foreign buyers who have not yet verified their eligibility to own, should think carefully before committing funds.
