The Seahara Mui Ne (legal name: Khu nha o Phu Hai, also marketed as The Seahara Hotel & Resort Phan Thiet) is a beachfront resort complex of about 5.68 hectares - 56,812.4 m² - at No.

1 Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard, Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong Province (formerly Phu Hai Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province).

The project comprises two high-rise blocks holding 1,138 sea-facing apartments and 102 low-rise homes, of which 98 are villas and 4 are shophouses, at a building density of 34.32%.

The Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy under Decision No. 1159/QD-UBND dated 25 May 2020, and construction officially broke ground on 15 August 2025.

On the product side, the apartments range from 25 to 90 m², from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with most units oriented toward the sea.

The low-rise quarter consists of detached villas, semi-detached villas and shophouses of roughly 150-200 m², handed over fully finished.

On price, the developer has not yet issued an official price list; every figure now circulating is a broker reference price and the sources do not agree with one another.

Apartments are quoted at roughly VND 1.8-3.5 billion per unit (some agencies list VND 1.9-3 billion), while low-rise villas are offered from about VND 6.6 billion per unit, though other sources quote VND 8-12 billion depending on position and size.

We do not cite a per-square-metre rate here because no official source has published one.

Sales status. As of late August 2026, the low-rise phase is being sold and handed over, while the two high-rise apartment blocks have had no official launch announcement on the developer's own channels.

At the shareholders' meeting on 29 April 2026, Hai Phat's management said the project would open for sale within two months at the latest, but no kick-off has been announced since and some agencies still show the status as "coming soon".

Buyers interested in the apartments should reconfirm the launch schedule, the sales policy and the actual inventory before placing any reservation.

Developer and construction progress. The project is developed by Hai Phat - Binh Thuan One Member Co., Ltd, a subsidiary wholly owned by Hai Phat Investment JSC (ticker HPX).

The main contractor is HP Thang Long, the financing bank is HDBank, and business development is handled by BHS Group. On 29 April 2026 Hai Phat's management said the 102 low-rise homes would be handed over in stages from Q2 to Q4 2026; the two high-rise towers have no official completion date - as of February 2026 the project was still building the basement level.

The low-rise phase has obtained the written confirmation of eligibility to sell future-formed housing issued by the (former) Binh Thuan Department of Construction.

Who is it for? The Seahara Mui Ne is aimed at three groups. First, medium-term investors betting on Phan Thiet Airport entering service and on the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway shortening the drive from Ho Chi Minh City, which should bring visitor numbers to Mui Ne back up.

Second, second-home buyers on a moderate budget, since a beachfront apartment around the VND 2 billion mark is fairly rare along the Ham Tien - Mui Ne strip - although this group has to wait for the official launch of the two high-rise blocks.

Third, buyers who want a low-rise home with a garden that can serve both as a holiday base and as a rental asset; this is also the phase with stock on sale and handover during 2026.

Conversely, investors who need stable rental cash flow immediately should weigh the decision carefully, as the resort market in the former Binh Thuan is still in recovery and any rental operation contract needs to be checked directly in writing.
