Overview

About The Metropole Thủ Thiêm

The Metropole Thu Thiem is a landmark branded-residence development by SonKim Land and Hongkong Land, set across nearly 7.6 hectares of prime riverfront in Thu Thiem.

Directly across the Saigon River from District 1 via the Ba Son Bridge, the masterplan unfolds in four distinguished subdivisions — Galleria, Crest, Opera and OpusK — offering 1 to 4-bedroom homes with sweeping river views.

For foreign buyers, The Metropole pairs an ultra-luxury branded riverfront address — directly opposite District 1 — with the reassurance of the Hongkong Land (Jardine Matheson) pedigree.

A practical advantage is that the earlier Galleria and Crest subdivisions are already delivered, so finished product exists to view; foreigners buy on a 50-year leasehold within the per-building quota, so confirm the remaining allocation for your unit before committing.

It suits high-net-worth owner-occupiers and trophy-asset investors who prioritise prestige, a scarce Thu Thiem riverfront position and capital preservation over strong rental cash flow — luxury yields typically trail the mid-market, so model conservatively.

The OpusK subdivision is now open for sale and includes foreign-ownership quota. Happy Land provides the official developer price list and the latest available units.
