The Meridian Da Nang is the luxury apartment component of Elysia Complex City, an integrated urban development on Quy My Street in Hoa Cuong Ward (formerly Hai Chau District), Da Nang.

It comprises two towers of 25 storeys above ground plus two basement levels, delivering 518 apartments on a 7,008 m2 site, with only about 10-12 units per floor.

Sources do not currently agree on the building density: the project file on CafeLand states around 55%, some distribution agents quote 45-50%, while the sales material cites 33.6% - buyers should check this against the approved 1/500 master plan.

The project was officially launched on 11 January 2026 with more than 600 guests, partners and investors in attendance.

Design consultancy is by HUNI Architectes (France) together with international partners, with a form inspired by a superyacht moored on the Han River and European-standard soundproof, heat-insulating panorama glazing.

The unit mix runs from studios of about 42 m2, one-bedroom units at 48.61 m2 and one-bedroom-plus at 60.98 m2, to two-bedroom units of 72-79 m2, three-bedroom units of 121-140 m2, and the duplexes and penthouses of The Zenith collection reaching around 342 m2.

On pricing, the developer has not yet published an official price list; the figures circulating in the market come from distribution agents and range from roughly VND 70 to 95 million per m2 depending on floor, orientation and the sales policy of each release (a February 2026 update quoted VND 75-95 million/m2, a May 2026 update quoted VND 70-95 million/m2, and some other sources quote VND 70-90 million/m2).

Converted into total unit prices, agent information indicates about VND 3.6-4.6 billion for a one-bedroom (one source starts from around VND 3.0 billion, another from VND 3.85 billion), VND 5.5-7.6 billion for a two-bedroom, VND 9-13 billion for a three-bedroom, and VND 24-35 billion for penthouses and duplexes.

Because these figures have not been confirmed by the developer and differ between sources, treat them as indicative and request a written quotation before placing a deposit.

Construction progress. After the sales phase in late 2025, the developer continued to bring Tower M2 and subsequent phases to market through 2026.

According to progress updates published on developer Landcom's website, as of 30 March 2026 the site was excavating and installing the basement shoring system, and the update dated 27 July 2026 showed the project still at the basement and foundation stage.

No official topping-out milestone has been announced. Distribution agents give an expected handover during 2027 but do not agree on the timing (Q2 to Q4 2027), so this is a reference date only - the single binding date is the one written into the sale and purchase agreement.

About the developer. The investor is Landcom Investment Joint Stock Company, with Da Thanh Investment and Development JSC (DDI) acting as the business development unit - both are established players in the Da Nang and central Vietnam market.

The developer's official information channel is the website landcom.org; sites carrying the project name that are operated by distribution agents are not official sources.

The land was approved by the Da Nang People's Committee under Decision 3353/QD-UBND dated 30 July 2019 and amended under Decision 2432/QD-UBND dated 6 November 2023.

Buyers should request the full legal file - the investment policy decision, the 1/500 master plan, the construction permit and the notice confirming eligibility to sell future-formed housing - before signing any contract.

Who is it for? Owner-occupiers are typically young families and professionals working in central Da Nang who want a modern apartment with a river outlook while keeping work, school and the airport within roughly ten minutes.

Investors are drawn to riverfront apartments in the central core - where new land is all but gone - for long-term leasing or for capital growth as construction advances; with the project still at basement and foundation stage, allow for the possibility that handover takes longer than expected.

For foreign buyers, this is a condominium project, so purchase remains possible within the 30% cap per building, with 50-year ownership that may be considered for renewal.
