Legacy 66 is a 22-storey apartment tower at 66 Tan Thanh Street, on the corner of Do Ngoc Thanh Street, in Cho Lon Ward (formerly Ward 12, District 5), Ho Chi Minh City.
Its legal name is “Trung tâm Thương mại và căn hộ, số 66 đường Tân Thành” and the developer is Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Thương mại Tân Thành.
On a 3,956.6 m² site, the building has 22 above-ground floors, 2 basements and a height of 79 m, with 323 apartments according to the Department of Construction (the developer presents 348 apartments & shops, including the commercial shophouse podium on floors 1–2).
Vietcomreal is the strategic consultant, DELTA the main contractor and Savills the intended property manager. According to Thanh Nien newspaper (April 2026), the structural frame of all 22 floors has been completed; the developer has announced expected handover in Q2 2027.
Legal status: the HCMC Department of Construction has confirmed that 161 of the 323 off-plan apartments are eligible for sale (notice 20759/SXD-PTĐT dated 13 June 2026) — not the whole project, so check that the unit you choose is on that list.
The project has a bank guarantee agreement with Vietcombank – Saigon Cho Lon Branch (057/VCB-KHDN-BL/2026). The land is urban residential land with long-term use, so Vietnamese nationals own long-term.
Sales to foreigners are not yet confirmed: the developer still needs an additional approval from the Department of Construction.
Price: there is no official price list for individual units yet. The developer has announced an expected price from VND 119 million/m² (April 2026).
Happy Land’s estimate at VND 119 million/m² of gross (wall-centre) area, excluding VAT and before discounts: 1BR+ about VND 6.0–6.4 billion, 2BR about 8.4–9.2 billion, 2BR+1 about 9.5–9.6 billion and 3BR about 11.3 billion (reference only).
There are 9 unit types of roughly 45–86 m² net area, plus garden apartments on floor 3A. Happy Land, a real-estate advisory firm, can check whether a unit is on the list cleared for sale and send you the current sales policy.
Before it was named Legacy 66, the project on this site was marketed as Ventosa (Ventosa Luxury) in 2019–2020.

Discounts are applied one after another, not added together. The deposit is VND 100 million.
