The two schemes are inconsistent and the incentives above have passed their deadline, so the price list and the policy actually in force at the time of signing must be verified.
About the developer.
The LA Sol subdivision is expected to be handed over in Q4/2026 (information released in 2024 previously stated Q3/2026), the social housing blocks topped out on 22 April 2026, around three months ahead of schedule, with handover expected in December 2026, while the River Park subdivision is expected around January–February 2027.
Who is it for? LA Home targets three groups of buyers. First, young families, specialists and engineers working in the Ben Luc – Duc Hoa industrial cluster who want a genuine home on a budget of around 5 billion VND, a level at which a townhouse with its own pink book is hard to find within inner Ho Chi Minh City; buyers with a smaller budget can look at the social housing component inside the project.
Third, investors chasing rental cash flow from shophouses and townhouses serving the workforce of the industrial park next door.

📍 Luong Hoa commune (formerly Ben Luc district), Tay Ninh province (formerly Long An)
LA Home sits in Luong Hoa commune, part of the former Ben Luc district of Long An province, which now falls under Tay Ninh province after the National Assembly passed the resolution on rearranging administrative units on 12 June 2025 and the new provincial administration began operating on 1 July 2025.
On the other side, the township adjoins the DT830 route and the western ring road, while three of its edges face the Vam Co Dong River, preserving greenery and natural water surfaces.
The Vo Van Kiet extension broke ground in early 2026 and the ring road projects under way will further shorten travel times into the inner city.
One advantage specific to LA Home is the 400 ha Prodezi eco-industrial park right next door, together with Ben Luc's existing schools, medical centre and local markets within a few minutes' ride.
For foreign individuals the 30% cap does not apply, because that cap governs apartments in condominium buildings; instead, foreign individuals may own no more than 10% of the total landed houses in each project (and no more than 250 landed houses within a single commune-level administrative unit), with an ownership term of 50 years from the date the certificate is issued, extendable upon review.
Foreigners may not receive a transfer of a land plot to build on themselves. Before signing a contract, check the list of areas where housing may be sold to foreigners, published by the military and public security authorities for Luong Hoa commune, and confirm how much of the foreign quota remains in the developer's inventory.
