About Vinhomes Saigon Park (Vinhomes Hóc Môn)

Vinhomes Saigon Park (also called Vinhomes Hoc Mon) is a township developed by Vinhomes on National Highway 22 in Xuan Thoi Son commune (formerly Tan Thoi Nhi commune, Hoc Mon district), Ho Chi Minh City.

Its legal name is the International University Township project (Khu đô thị Đại học Quốc tế); the project owner and seller under the sale and purchase agreement is Berjaya Vietnam International University Town JSC. The latest master plan shows 1,080 ha including the 200 ha, 36-hole Vinpearl Golf Léman course, while the February 2026 amenity plan shows 880 ha, with 18,443 low-rise homes and 60 high-rise towers.

The current release covers 3,549 shell and fully finished townhouses in Global Park and 1,802 deferred-construction ("giãn xây") townhouses in Ivy Park.

The developer has not published an official price list; indicative prices from May 2026 (loan-plan basis, incl. VAT and maintenance fee) are VND 6.4–9.5 billion for shell townhouses, VND 7.8–11.9 billion for finished townhouses on 50–70 m² lots and VND 19–22.1 billion for 112 m² semi-detached villas.

The project broke ground on 29 April 2026; handover deadlines in the contract run from June 2027 to May 2029. Under the current sales policy, foreign individuals and organisations may only sign a lease agreement (HĐT).

Vinhomes Saigon Park sits on National Highway 22 at the north-west gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, in Xuan Thoi Son commune (Tan Thoi Nhi commune, Hoc Mon district before the 2025 reorganisation).

According to the developer's plans, a Metro Line 2 station adjoins the project entrance (phase 1 Ben Thanh – Tham Luong started in January 2026 and is expected to finish after 2030, about 20 minutes to Ben Thanh), Ring Road 3 meets Highway 22 right beside the site, the HCMC – Moc Bai expressway runs to the north and Ring Road 4 to the west.

Highway 22 between An Suong and Ring Road 3 is planned to be widened to 60 m and 10 lanes (completion 2028). Developer materials give 15–30 minutes to Tan Son Nhat airport.
