Maia Resort Ho Tram by Fusion is a 7 ha condotel and resort-villa component inside The Grand Ho Tram Strip, a 164 ha complex in operation for years alongside InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach and The Bluffs golf course. The difference from a first-time coastal launch is that the amenities and the guest flow already exist.
The project comprises 1,244 condotel units across Peace Tower (32 floors, 634 units) and Happy Tower (31 floors, 610 units), plus 36 Seaforest villas. Every unit is handed over fully furnished including the operating equipment, and the resort is run by Fusion Hotel Group.
