It sits on the frontage of National Highway 20 (Trần Phú Street) in Lộc Châu Ward, Bảo Lộc City, Lâm Đồng Province. The project spans about 9.1 hectares with roughly 372 low-rise units: 43 villas, 214 townhouses/shophouses and 92 garden townhouses, ranging from 100 to 400 m² per unit. Units are handed over with a finished exterior and a bare interior, with internal infrastructure already complete and more than 30 amenities including a golf practice range, parks, flower gardens, a BBQ area and 24/7 security. Legally, the project has investment approval, an approved 1/500 detailed plan and a construction permit, with long-term (permanent) land-use red books for each plot — a positive factor compared with resort/condotel products that carry only 50-year tenure.
