The project spans roughly 60 ha (~207,600 m²) along the National Highway 20 / Tran Phu axis in Loc Nga Ward, offering 618 land plots, townhouses and villas sized 70-350 m². Its standout strength is the legal status: each plot carries its own red book / long-term freehold title, unlike many loosely-permitted "subdivided land" projects around Bao Loc. Infrastructure is largely complete (underground power, 5-7 m sidewalks, a 3 ha hill park, a ~2 ha scenic lake), with over 50% of the land given to amenities and greenery. Investment note: the Bao Loc land market cooled sharply in 2022-2023 and part of the project still has low occupancy/build-out, so treat this as a medium-to-long-term play and carefully verify each plot's location and zoning before committing.
