Eco Grand Land Di Linh is a 46.25-hectare model rural residential township in Hamlet 8, Gia Hiep commune, Di Linh district, Lam Dong province (Bao Loc – Da Lat cluster), developed by Eco Grand Land Investment & Development Co., Ltd with infrastructure built by Decofi. It offers 1,446 plots — 313 townhouses, 1,036 garden row-houses, 69 semi-detached villas and 28 detached villas — with total investment near 1,300 billion VND. The project's investment policy and investor were approved by the Lam Dong People's Committee under Decision 132/QD-UBND dated 20 Jan 2025; infrastructure broke ground on 15 Apr 2025 with completion targeted for late 2027. Legal note: this is a subdivided land-plot (phan lo ban nen) project with a 50-year project operating term from the approval date; serviced residential plots will be issued land-use certificates once conditions are met, but the project is still in the infrastructure-construction phase, so an official price list and inventory have not been widely released. Happy Land provides the developer's original price list plus an updated plot inventory, legal guidance and a transparent payment schedule.
