Legal note: this is a subdivided land-plot (phan lo ban nen) project with a 50-year project operating term from the approval date; serviced residential plots will be issued land-use certificates once conditions are met, but the project is still in the infrastructure-construction phase, so an official price list and inventory have not been widely released. Eco Grand Land is located in Hamlet 8 (Thôn 8), Gia Hiệp Commune, Di Linh District, Lâm Đồng Province, fronting National Highway 20 (Quốc lộ 20), the main artery linking Ho Chi Minh City, Bảo Lộc, Di Linh, Đức Trọng and Đà Lạt. The site sits near the planned Gia Hiệp interchange of the Bảo Lộc - Liên Khương expressway, currently under construction, which will sharply improve regional access. From the project, Di Linh town center is roughly 10-12 km along QL20; Bảo Lộc city is about 45-50 km; Đà Lạt is about 70-80 km; and Liên Khương Airport in Đức Trọng District is roughly 35-45 km. Basic everyday amenities - schools, a commune health station, local markets, the commune People's Committee and roadside shops - line QL20 in Gia Hiệp, while larger hospitals, administrative offices and supermarkets are concentrated in Di Linh town. The development is a state-approved model rural residential subdivision (land plots).
