The residential component consists of three apartment towers of about 29 floors holding some 1,940 units — The Gateway with 812, The Icon with 549 and The Crown with 579 — with a total project floor area of nearly 173,000 m².

Alongside them stand a twin commercial-and-office tower of about 36 floors and a seven-storey retail and service podium of roughly 80,000 m².

Published sources give building heights of 29 – 36 floors, and some documents mention up to 38 floors, so buyers should cross-check against the developer's official file.
