LUMIÈRE Evergreen is a Masterise Homes residential project within Smart City in western Hanoi. The official leaflet describes three towers and a layout collection ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The Aura is one tower within the project, rather than another name for the entire development.

Begin a comparison with the correct tower and unit reference. For a family living in western Hanoi, the route to work or school, the walk from the lobby and the placement of everyday furniture can matter as much as the bedroom count. Check your actual journey at the time you expect to travel; planned infrastructure should not be treated as already operating.

Masterise Homes’ presentation includes swimming pools, a gym, lounges, a library and children’s spaces. Ask which facilities serve the particular tower, their current operating arrangements and any applicable charges.
