Masteri Grand View is the first high-rise project in The Global City, the 117.4-hectare township developed by Masterise Homes in Binh Trung Ward (former An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City), Ho Chi Minh City.

Phase 1 comprises two towers, Spark (CT8) and Glow (CT9), with 308 homes each — 616 apartments from 1BR to 4BR plus Penthouse Duplexes — and 32 shop units on levels 1–2.

Its legal name is the CT8 and CT9 apartment-and-commercial buildings of the Saigon Binh An Urban Area project.

Per the developer's materials, gross areas are 56.6–61.0 sqm for 1BR, 76.8–84.4 sqm for 2BR, 113.5–143.7 sqm for 3BR and 136.6–180.8 sqm for 4BR; the 26 Penthouse Duplexes on levels 23–24 range from 143.9 to 372.2 sqm.

Regular units are handed over with a basic finish — natural stone in bathrooms, kitchen and entry, Duravit / Kohler / Grohe-class sanitaryware, ceiling-concealed air conditioning, induction hob, cooker hood and digital door lock — while Penthouse Duplexes are handed over shell and core. The developer states an expected handover in 2026.

Vietnamese buyers receive freehold ownership and foreign buyers 50-year ownership; check the remaining foreign quota for your target unit.
