The project offers diverse products including high-rise apartments, townhouses, shophouses and villas, plus a self-contained Vingroup ecosystem (Vinschool, Vinmec, Vincom Mega Mall, an international university, golf course, and 117+ ha of parks and regulating lakes). Total investment is around 59,000 billion VND with a planned population of ~130,000–135,000 residents. Legal status: Vietnamese buyers receive long-term pink-book ownership while foreigners get 50-year ownership by law (capped at 30% of units per block). The project was groundbroken on 19 Dec 2025 with phase-1 sales expected around June 2026; indicative prices start from about 4 billion VND for apartments, 7 billion for townhouses and 16 billion for villas – these are market-reference figures as the official price list is still being finalized.
